EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following:
1.
Incorrect use of the Product outside of the stated uses outlined in the owner's manual.
2.
Incorrect installation of the Product as outlined in the owner's manual.
3.
Normal wear and tear including but not limited to fuel systems/ varnished fuel rust or corrosion.
4.
Operation without adequate coolant or lubricant.
5.
Impairment to parts, fixtures, housings, attachments and accessory items that are not part of the Product.
6.
Lack of proper maintenance or operations.
7.
Use of improper or contaminated fuels, coolants or lubricants.
8.
Failure to report problems with the Product in a timely manner.
9.
Improper storage, starting, and break-in practices.
10.
Owner modified or replacement parts and accessories not authorized by the Warrantor.
11.
Noncompliance with any of the Warrantor's published guidelines or policies.
TRANSFER
This Limited Warranty can be transferred to a subsequent private owner of the Product for the remainder of the
Limited Warranty term. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to or from a retailer. To transfer this
Limited Warranty, you must request a Transfer Request Form from the Warrantor and submit the completed
form to the Warrantor within thirty (30) days of change of ownership of the Product. The Warrantor has the
right to deny a transfer request. If the transferee does not receive a confirmation of transfer within forty-five (45)
days after change of ownership, the transferee should notify the Warrantor.
