If the Product is used in non-Recreational Vehicle applications (e.g. construction sites, schools, emergency
response services, etc.) then the term of this Limited Warranty shall be one (1) year from the Product purchase
date or one thousand (1,000) hours, whichever occurs first.
Parts or components which are repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the
remainder of the term of this Limited Warranty (including complete Product replacement). Under no
circumstances will the term of this Limited Warranty be increased because of a repair or replacement covered
hereunder.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY HOLDER
The Limited Warranty holder shall:
1.
Be responsible for any expenses related to travel, labor or shipping.
2.
Be responsible for any expenses resulting from the loss of the use of the Product including but not limited to
telephone charges, taxes, fines, transportation or fuel.
3.
Maintain the Product in accordance with its operations manual.
4.
Provide the Warrantor with access to the Product to the extent necessary to make any repairs covered by this
Limited Warranty.
5.
Bear any increased labor expenses specifically related to non-standard or aftermarket installations or equipment.
6.
Be responsible for expenses incurred due to the rental of other generators, products or services.
7.
Upon request, produce verification of the Product purchase date.
CLAIM PROCEDURES
NO REPAIRS OR PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
1.
All repairs and replacements must have prior approval by from the Warrantor's claim department.
2.
Please have your registration card, and the generator serial number on hand and call TF: (866) 407-1727.
3.
You will be requested to return to the selling dealer for repairs. If it is not possible or convenient to return to the
selling dealer, the Product can be taken to any commercial small engine repair shop of your choice.
4.
You may be asked to produce the maintenance service history. You must allow the Warrantor to inspect the Product if
requested.
5.
Proof of Service and/or Repair - To obtain payment for a covered repair, you or the repair facility must scan or email
the repair order and proof of maintenance to npsclaims@npsrvpower.com , mail the original repair order or a signed
copy of it to N.P.S. COMPANY, LLC 3416 County Road 6 Unit 2, Elkhart IN, 46514. Repair orders must be legible
with a specific breakdown showing complaint and failure description, parts and labor separated, tax (if applicable),
repair totals, generator serial numbers, date, your name and signature, repair facility name, address, phone number
and the claim pre-approval authorization number. Invoices must be received within thirty (30) days of the completion
of repairs to be considered for payment.
