Setting item: "F/R lever: Forward position", "F/R lever: Reverse position"
This application allows the configuration of switch trigger in 3 phases; Pre phase; Main Control phase; and
Post phase. Use these fields to configure the settings.
The setting screen for forward rotation setting / reverse rotation setting is displayed by switching the tab.
When the F/R lever of the product is set to Forward rotation, the product performs the operations set in "F/R
lever: Forward position".
When the F/R lever of the product is set to Reverse rotation, the product performs the operations set in "F/R
lever: Reverse position".
1. Initialize
To initialize the respective settings to the factory default condition, click the "Initialize" button.
(The product settings are not changed at this time.)
2. Pre Phase
Settings can be performed by selecting the check box.
Set the direction and speed of rotation, and the rotation angle (time).
If not selected, the product operates from "Main Control phase".
3. Main Control Phase
3-1. Mode
Set the Mode settings.
 "CW/CCW Free mode"
This mode continues work until the trigger switch is released.
 "CW/CCW Tightening Auto Stop mode"
This mode automatically stops according to the tightening torque setting after detecting Rundown.
 "CW/CCW Loosening Auto Stop mode"
This mode operates at the set rotation speed and rotation angle (time) and then stops automatically
after not impacting.
3-2. Free/Tightening Auto Stop mode
3-2-1. Torque level
Set the tightening torque settings. * Tightening Auto Stop mode only
3-2-2. Detection invalid time
You can set the time that Rundown does not occur from the start of "Main Control Phase".
3-2-3. Rundown level
You can set the Rundown level.
3-2-4. Impact force
You can set the rotation speed (Impact force) settings from Rundown to Tightening Auto-Stop.
3-3. Loosening Auto Stop mode
You can set the speed, condition, and impact force after the tool stops impacting.
4. Post phase
Settings can be performed by selecting the check box.
Set the direction, speed of rotation, the rotation angle (time), or switch trigger OFF.
If not selected, operation is completed in "Main Control phase".
5. All phase
You can set a valid time range for your work.
The minimum and maximum work times can be set by selecting the check box.
If your work is completed earlier than the set working time range, or if your work is not completed within the
time, an incomplete warning will be issued.
