Lock Your Phone
Note If set up on your Webex Wireless Phone 860 or Webex Wireless Phone 860S, you can use the fingerprint
button to unlock the phone. However, on power up you must use a PIN.
The Webex Wireless Phone 840 and Webex Wireless Phone 840S don't have a fingerprint scanner button.
Procedure
Step 1
If the phone screen is in sleep mode, briefly press the Power button.
Step 2 From the lock screen, swipe up on the Lock
Step 3 Enter your PIN or password and tap Enter

It's best practice to turn off your screen whenever you're not using your phone. Turning off the screen:
• Locks the phone, keeping it secure.
• Prevents accidentally activating a button when you store the phone in a pocket or other place.
• Helps extend the battery life.
Procedure
Briefly press the Power button.
