NOTE:
• Whilst a PVR is recording, you cannot switch to
another channel position.
• Recording is in .pvr format.
• Due to copyright protection, it is not possible to
process files on a PC. The files can only be played on
this DVB-T receiver.

Record / delete files

• To delete a file, select it and press the "red" button.
• In the prompt, select "Yes" and confirm with "OK". The
selected file is deleted.

Change default settings

Start the menu to change the default settings by pressing
the MENU button (Fig. 3/23) on the remote.

Understanding the Menu structure

In the Setup Menu there're two menu levels:
Main menu: The main level is represented by graphic
symbols.
Submenu:
Under each main menu entry you will find
the relevant submenu entries.

Navigation and selection

• In the main menu you can move around using the
VOL+/VOL- buttons on the remote.
• In the submenu however, you use the PROG+/PROG-
buttons to move around.
• Select a menu item with the OK button.
• Select an option also using the OK button. The selected
option is now highlighted.
• To exit an option or the submenu, press EXIT.

Main menu

The following submenus can be found in the main menu:

• Settings

• TV
• USB
• Radio
• Multimedia
Settings
In the "Settings" menu, you will find the following sub-
menus:

• System Settings

• Video Settings

• Audio Settings
• Installation
• Channel Manager
System settings
• OSD Language: Select the preferred language of the
OSD Menu.
• Country: Set the country in which you are using the
receiver.
• LCN: Select "Off".
If the LCN Function is switched on, the regional chan-
nels from your region are sorted and saved regardless
of frequency, provided that this function is supported
by the broadcaster. If the LCN function is activated,
the channel position numbers are moved forwards.
• Time zone: Set the time zone according to the country.
• Change password: To change the password, you must
enter the current password. The factory default pass-
word is "1234".
NOTE:
If you have forgotten your password, activate the
factory default settings (see below). In doing so, the
password will be reset to "1234". Important: All set-
tings made by you and the broadcasters will be lost.
Proceed as follows to change the password:
• Enter the current password using the digit buttons
on the remote.
• Confirm your entry with OK.
• Now enter your new password using the digit but-
tons on the remote.
• Press OK again.
• Confirm your new password by entering it again.
• Press OK again. The new password is saved.
• Auto Standby: If the receiver is not used for 3 hours,
the receiver will switch to Standby mode if the func-
tion is activated. The message "STB will power off"
appears on the screen. To continue using the receiver,
select "No" in the prompt and confirm with OK.
NOTE:
Default setting is "On".
• System information: Here you can display information
about the receiver.
• Factory Default: Select "Yes" in the prompt if you
want to reset the receiver to the factory defaults.
In doing this, all settings which you have made will be
lost. The installation menu is displayed (see "Getting
Started").
Video Settings
• TV-System: Adjust the output of your receiver to the
colour broadcast system of your TV set. The following
options are available:
o NTSC: System mainly used in North America.
o PAL: System mainly used in Europe.
• HD Output: Select HDMI Definition for the connected
playback unit which you are using. Selecting the cor-
rect signal format depends on the connection and the
playback unit which is used (please refer to the user
manual of the playback unit).
