About the DVB-T/HD Receiver
"DVB-T" stands for the international Standard "Digital
Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial" and describes digital
television broadcast through an aerial.
The receiver provides the option of receiving digital pro-
gramming through a fixed aerial.
If the receiver is at the centre of the broadcast area, you
have the option of using a passive or active DVB-T aerial.
For further information, consult the digital service pro-
vider or a specialist TV dealer.
"HD" stands for "High Definition" and indicates the stand-
ard for high resolution digital television.
Reception of HD channels through an aerial is dependent
on region and is not available in all countries. For further
information, consult the digital service provider or a
specialist TV dealer.
