Selecting Questions and Reminders
For each patient, you need to select questions and/or reminders and assign the days and times per day that
they will be asked. Although questions and reminders are selected, scheduled, and deleted in the same way,
you get to them through separate screens: one for questions and one for reminders.
To select questions or reminders:
1. From the Questions or Reminders screen, select the Add icon. A screen similar to the following
appears showing all of the categories of questions or reminders:
You can slide your finger up and down on the screen to scroll the list to see all of the categories that are
available. At the bottom of the list, there is an option called Numeric Listing, which, when selected,
allows you to view all of the questions and reminders by their number.
2. Select the category of the questions you want to view or, at bottom of the list, select Numeric Listing.
A screen appears showing the questions and reminders available in that category or by number
3. Select the check box next to the questions or reminders you want to configure for a patient. A check
mark appears in the check box to indicate that the question or reminder is enabled.
4. When you have selected all of the questions and/or reminders you want to configure for the patient
from their respective screens, select back. The Choose Category screen appears.
