22) Remove the chimney sections from the main body of the
cooker hood.
23) Using a drill bit with an 8 mm diametre, make two holes in
the wall on the positions that you have marked in step 18 (for
the flat bracket).
24) Using a drill bit with an 8 mm diametre, make two holes in
the wall on the positions that you have marked in step 20 (for
the L shaped bracket).
25) Fix the flat bracket to the wall using the two 4 mm x 30
mm screws supplied. These screws MUST BE fully tightened.
26) Fix the L shaped bracket to the wall using the two 4 mm x
30 mm screws supplied. These screws MUST BE fully
tightened.
27) Remount the lower chimney section to the main body of
the cooker hood, with the upper chimney section sitting
inside of it. Ensure that the flat bracket sits in the keyhole
slots at the top of the lower chimney section (as shown in the
diagram on page 25).
28) Raise the upper chimney section until it reaches the
ceiling.
29) Secure the upper chimney section to the L shaped bracket
using the two 4 mm x 8 mm screws supplied.

Completing the installation

o If you are setting the appliance to recirculation mode, then you
should now fit the two carbon filters. See the "Fitting the carbon
filters" section on page 19.
o The electrical connection must correspond to the electrical
requirement noted on the rating plate, which is placed inside the
cooker hood. The appliance should now be connected to the
electrical supply. See page 20 - 21 for detailed information on
the electrical connection.
o Clean the external surfaces of the cooker hood and grease filters
using hot soapy water.
o Refit the grease filters and then switch on the mains
supply to the appliance. Check that the appliance is
operating correctly by selecting each speed and
switching the light bulbs on and off.
