2. Connect the 12V AUX terminal (pin 1) of the 7810iR-ent to the DC (+) terminal of a
7720V2TR power supply. Connect a jumper between 12V AUX terminal (pin 1) and
12V IN (pin 2, RED).
3. Connect the 12V IN terminal (pin 2) of the 7810iR-ent to the DC (+) terminal of a
second 7720V2TR power supply.
4. Connect the GND terminal (pin 3) of the 7810iR-ent to DC (-) terminal of both
7720V2TR power supplies and to the yellow lead of ADEMCO cable assembly P4127
as shown.
5. Connect the Data Out (pin 4) terminal of the 7810iR-ent to the green lead of
ADEMCO cable assembly P4127 as shown.
6. Connect the Data In (pin 5) terminal of the 7810iR-ent to the red lead of ADEMCO
cable assembly P4127 as shown.
7. Plug cable assembly P4127 into ADEMCO connector assembly K1153.
8. Insert the red wire from the K1153 connector housing into pin 2 of the K1153
connector.
9. Insert the green wire from the K1153 connector housing into pin 3 of the K1153
connector.
10. Insert the yellow wire from the K1153 connector housing into pin 5 of the K1153
connector.
11. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable (Category 5) to 7810iR-ent's RJ45 Ethernet
connector and the other end to a cable/DSL router.
For AlarmNet you must use a UL Listed cable/DSL router (externally powered) suited for the
UL
application.
Attach the case front of the 7810iR-ent to the case back. Attach the top of the

7810iR-ent first, and then press the bottom section inward until it snaps into place
securely.

Use of the 7810iR-ent with the MX-8000 Receiver has not been evaluated by UL.
