Same as DCF6013 but includes ACU support for one
line. ACU support requires NPS. ACU occupies
space equal to a quarter board LIU,
thus counts

Terminates 1 line at up to 9,600 bits per second.
For BSC link protocol with use of CRC (Cyclic
redundancy check).
