2. Large-Size Paper Route
Large-size copies or vertically fed copies are moved over the buffer roller, thereby increasing
the distance between copies. For stapling, all copies are moved through this path regardless of size
except the first copy.
3. Buffer Paper Path
The buffer paper path is used for small-size copies when job offset or stapling is selected. The
path is for copies to be offset or the first copy that follows the last stapled copy.
1) The first copy is moved in the direction of the buffer roller.
2) The first copy wraps around the buffer roller and, at the same time, the second copy arrives
from the copier.
