    Product Overview The Nagel™ Finisher is a Professional Booklet maker manufactured and designed for the CLC 5000 by Ernst Nagel GmbH. The Nagel Finisher consists of the Nagel Booklet Maker/FN5 and may include the optional Nagel Trimmer/TP5. The Nagel Finisher creates booklets on-line using the CLC 5000 with a majority of functions (booklet size, format, trim, staple modes, etc.)

    NOTE: Due to the weight of the Nagel Finisher, it is recommended that at least four people be used to lift each section off the palate. Estimated installation times are based on hardware installation with an experienced technician only.

    Power Requirements The Nagel Finisher comes with a 208V power cord (actually rated at 230V) to be used at the same voltage as the CLC 5000. The Nagel Booklet Maker/FN5 is installed with the supplied 208V plug, however, a 115V cable can be purchased separately to operate the Nagel Booklet Maker/FN5 at 115V.

    Technical Training Certification, Availability and Prerequisite Technicians will be trained and certified in the Nagel Finisher two-day In- House Training Classes held at the Canon Regional Training Centers. The prerequisite for this class is CLC 5000 series course. Contact your Canon Regional Training Center or the Canon on-line technical e-Support Center for specific class schedules and location.
