D. Power Supply, A4
(1) Install Power Supply, A4 (12) into connector X40 on the Motherboard. Secure with
screws (11, 13).
(2) Connect leads X43, X44, X45, and X48 from 115VAC 400Hz supply, coming from EMC
Filter, A7 (22), at Power Supply, and solder in place.
(3) Connect connectors X171, X175, X46, and X42 to Power Supply.
E. Power Amplifier, A3
(1) Carefully install the Power Amplifier, A3 (15) in its plug-in connectors (X30, X330, and
X430) on Motherboard.
(2) Install ON/OFF Module, A15 (19) on EMC Filter, A7 (22), and carefully press into place.
(3) Install cable, W3 (21) connector, X36, on Power Amplifier, A3.
(4) Engage Power Supply connectors, X171, X173, and X175, in Power Amplifier.
F. Receiver/Exciter Module, A1
Install Receiver/Exciter Module, A1 (26) in its plug-in connector, X10, on the Motherboard.
Tighten insertion locks. Route connector, X210, of cable, W1, through Motherboard to Power
Amplifier, A3, and plug in.
G. Airborne Datalink Procesoor (ADP), A2
Install Airborne Datalink Processor (ADP), A2 (61) in its plug-in connectors on Motherboard.
H. LED Board, A5
Install LED Board, A5 (43) on front panel, and secure with screws (44). Connect cable (45)
between LED Board connector, X1, and Motherboard connector, X14.
I. Interface D, A9
Install Interface D, A9 (7) into its plug-in connector on Motherboard.
J. Controller D, A8
Install Controller D, A8 (5) into its plug-in connectors on Motherboard.
K. HF Modem CCA, A10
Install HF Modem CCA, A10 (62), if required, into its plug-in connector on Motherboard.
L. Chassis Cover
Install chassis cover (35), and secure with screws (41, 33).
M. Bottom Cover
Install bottom cover (8) on chassis, and secure with screws (9, 11).
N. Bottom Cover
Install bottom cover (2) on chassis, and secure with screws (3, 4).
3. Storage After Assembly
If units are to be stored for 6 months or less, perform the Temporary Storage procedures of para-
graph A. If it is anticipated that units will be stored for longer than 6 months, perform the proce-
