Extracting the comtrade binary data file

During the extraction of the COMTRADE files, an error may occur that will be reported on the

DR Status register 3x00934. This can be caused by the relay overwriting the record being

extracted or due to the master station issuing a command that is not within the bounds of the

extraction procedure.
