Sets how to print halftones.
Display the [Image Quality] tab menu.

For color MFP, click [Setting], and then select the [Basic] tab.
Set how to print halftones in [Halftone].

Auto: Prints using the correct halftone depending on the contents in the document.
Detail: Prints halftone in detail.
Smooth: Prints halftone smoothly.
Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
 Smoothing out text and graphics (Smoothing)
This prints text and graphics smoothly.
This option is available only when your equipment is a multifunctional digital system (Black and White MFP).
Display the [Image Quality] tab menu.

Select [Smoothing].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
