3.PRINTING FROM MAC OS APPLICATIONS
 Storing jobs in the equipment's box (Store to e-Filing)
You can send and store print jobs from your application to e-Filing (hard disk). Print jobs stored to e-Filing using the
touch panel. You can select either a public or user box to store print jobs. You can also specify a folder in these boxes
to store print jobs. The public box is shared by all users who can view the jobs stored in this box. You can create user
boxes to suit your needs. You can also restrict access to user boxes with a password.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu of the application.

Set the destination and the password from the [Store to e-Filing] menu.
Store this document to e-Filing: Stores a print job in e-Filing.
Print the document: Prints the job as well as saving it to a box.
Destination: Select where to store the print job. Select either the public box or a user box.
 Password
If a password is set for the user box, enter the 5-digit password.
 Destination folder
Enter the folder name to specify where the print job is to be stored in a public or user box.
 Enter the folder name within 64 characters.
 You can only create up to 100 folders.
Set other print functions, and then select this equipment from [Printer].

Click [Print] to send the job.
