9.6.5 Vacuumizing and Precharging Refrigerant
During the commissioning, ensure that no comburent substance (such as air or
additive) enters the system of the unit. The supplier is not liable for any risks and
losses caused due to violation.
9.6.5.1 Refrigerant Charge Amount

9.6.5.2 Vacuumizing
Prerequisites
● Before vacuumizing, check that the refrigerant pipe system has passed the air
tightness test and does not leak.
● Before vacuumizing, ensure that all connectors on the device are tightened.
● System high pressure may occur if the system is not vacuumed or is not
thoroughly vacuumed. Therefore, ensure that the system is thoroughly
vacuumed.
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the pressure gauge and vacuum pump to vacuumize the device.
