Before entering the unit for maintenance, ensure that the fans are not
running.
Take protective measures during electrical maintenance, such as wearing
insulation gloves and shoes.

technical support.
When replacing a component, do not lean the component against the
cabinet.
Expected Result
Check that the return air filter is
clean and not blocked.
Check that the return air filter is not
damaged or distorted.
Check that the valve on the water
inlet pipe is open.
Check that the wet film is clean and
have no scale.
Check that no operating overtime
alarm is generated for the
humidifier.
Check that the refrigerant pipe is
free of oil stains and rust.
Check that the water pipe is
tightened and free of water leakage.
Check that the thermal insulation
foam is intact.

Troubleshooting
Clean the air filter with water
(recommended).
If it is damaged, replace the air
filter.
Open the valve on the water inlet
pipe.
If there is much water scale,
replace the wet film humidifier.
Replace the wet film humidifier.
Check for leakage and repair the
pipe.
Check for leakage and repair the
pipe, or reconnect the pipe.
Wrap the thermal insulation foam
again.
