You must fix the error and select Online to bring the Centrifuge out of red
Shutdown. The robot surveys the position in the cassette that the tube was
going to or coming from and updates its inventory accordingly. This survey
is based on the presence or absence of the tube in the cassette. The robot
then continues Offline.
After exiting E-stop, the robot performs a full survey of the module,
meaning the system surveys all required positions inside the Centrifuge

If the survey detects missing tubes, an Event Log message reports the
Sample IDs of the missing tubes and the system returns to E-stop.
