CHAPTER 8
Starting the System
This chapter describes what checks to make before starting the OfficeServ 7200 system,
the procedure for starting the system, and the procedure for testing whether the system is
operating normally after startup.

Pre-Check

This section describes what checks to make before starting the OfficeServ 7200
system.

Atmospheric Conditions

Temperature
Check that the temperature of the room where the system is installed is be-
tween 0 °C and 45 °C. If higher or lower than the normal operation tempera-
ture, install a heating/cooling device..
Humidity
Check that the humidity of the room where the system is installed is between
10 % and 90 %. Take special care since humidity affects the electrical compo-
nents and connectors of the system.
Direct sunlight and dust
The room where the system is installed should be protected from direct
sunlight and should have ventilation systems to handle dust.
