(5) When the Maintenance Mode Change Mode is started, perform the following operation.

lower right is canceled, a square is displayed in the center of the window.
When the item in the area of "
after the square is displayed, the Maintenance Mode is changed and the [Debug]
button is displayed on the lower left of the window.
Note:
(a) During the period from the Maintenance Mode Change Mode start to the Maintenance Mode
Change completion, or the Maintenance Mode Change Mode start to the Maintenance Mode
Change Mode stop, the mouse cursor is hidden.
(b) When a certain operation has not been completed within the specified time period, an incorrect
operation is performed or the window is transferred to another one in the Maintenance Mode
Change Mode, the Maintenance Mode Change Mode is stopped and the procedure from Step
(2) should be repeated.

 Perform the following operation in the window.
Return → Setup → Operator 1 → Return → Setup (or Maint.) → Supervisor
 Shut down the machine.
 Perform the same procedure which was done to set the machine to Debug Mode
