(7) Press the [①信号 monitor] button.
When the beam for the subject head is
moved entire stroke manually, an error might
occur that signal strength becomes out of
standard range (Fig. C58) or scale head lamp
is turned ON (Fig. C59). In such a case, an
error is displayed in the PC window. In this
case, perform the gap adjustment between
the scale head and the linear scale again.
Note:
When an error occurs, confirm the highest position of the signal level on the signal monitor (Because the
adjustment in the "②信号調整 Start" is started from that position" in the next item); In the case of a re-adjustment
of the mechanism section, turn OFF the power to the adjusting jig and close the PC software.

In the case that there is no problem, press the [終了(ESC)] button to return the initial
window.
