After the insertion, fix the nozzle shaft assembly in the three locations with the three
M1, 6L4 bolts as shown in the following figure.
* Replace the three removed M1. 6L4 bolts with new ones and fix the nozzle shaft
assembly.
Apply Screw Lock (1401B) slightly onto the bolts and fix them with a torque of 4.8
cNm (Dispose of the used bolts).
* Before inserting the nozzle shaft assembly, tie up the connectors for the linear
measure sensor with a string and pull out such connectors gently from the center
hole of the "Head Attachment Supporting Jig" through the center of the nozzle shaft
assembly.
* If the nozzle shaft assembly is inserted forcibly, the V-packing in the nozzle holder
might be damaged or come off. Be careful.
* When any excessive grease is attached to the tip of the nozzle shaft, wipe it off using
a rag, etc.
* There is only one location where the nozzle shaft is attached inside the DD motor.
Insert it so that a notch of the nozzle shaft assembly is aligned with the knock pin on
the DD motor.
(19) Fix the top block onto each nozzle shaft using the M1. 6L3 bolts.
* Replace the all fifteen removed M1. 6L3 15 bolts with new ones.
Apply Screw Lock (1401B) slightly onto the bolts and fix them with a torque of
7.5cNm (Dispose of the used bolts).
* Return the top block to where it was, so that it is attached to the correct location.
* Spread grease (Daphne Eponex No. 1) film over the cam follower on the top block
section and its entire moving surface.
