Service Information
Set the [Adjust Item] to "Scale".
Check that settings are exactly as indicated below:

Release the Emergency Stop button.
Press the [Move Adjust Pos.] button. The mask camera moves to the BaseMACS
mark under the mask plate.
Press the Emergency Stop button.
