4-9. Replacing the T Plate Assembly

Tools
. Torque wrench (For 60 kgf.cm)
. Torque driver bit (For M5)
Removal
1. Removing the FTP panel C
Remove the FTP panel C.
(Refer to section 2-7-4.)
2. Disconnecting the connectors
Disconnect the following connectors, and remove
the harness from the wiring stopper.
. CN1/SW-989 board
. CN1/SW-1004 board
3. Removing the T film guide
Remove the two screws, and remove the T film
guide.
4. Removing the T plate assembly
Remove the five screws, and remove the guide
plate assembly.
Installation
5. Installing the T plate assembly
Install the guide plate assembly using the five
screws.
6. Installing the T film guide
Install the T film guide using the two screws.
7. Connecting connectors
Connect the connectors disconnected at step 2.
8. Installing the FTP panel C
Install the FTP panel C removed in step 1.
