Error on commissioning

Fault description
The LEDs are not illuminated
No 7KN Powercenter 1000 found in the list of
available Bluetooth devices
7KN Powercenter 1000 can no longer be con-
nected to a mobile device that has already
been paired
No 7KN Powercenter 1000 found in the WLAN
search
The pairing is running in a timeout

Solutions
Check the power supply units.
• Check whether the mobile device activated Bluetooth and the GPS data
• Check if the 7KN Powercenter 1000 has been set to the Bluetooth
mode with a short button press (LED flashes 2 Hz green for max. 180 s,
if a connection cannot be established)
• If another device is connected to the 7KN Powercenter 1000, or tries to
connect, the Bluetooth connection can be disconnected via the button.
After this try again
• Switch the Bluetooth mode on again and check whether the manual
entry of the PIN code is correct
Perform a new Bluetooth search. If the device is displayed but cannot be
paired, reset everything and perform the Bluetooth commissioning again:
• Decouple 7KN Powercenter 1000 with a long button press (> 10 s) and
reset the Bluetooth keys
• Remove 7KN Powercenter 1000 in the operating system under the
connected devices
• Delete 7KN Powercenter 1000 from the app project
• Activate the Bluetooth on the mobile device and
7KN Powercenter 1000 via a button press < 3 s (COM LED flashes green
with 2 Hz)
• Perform Bluetooth search and add device incl. scan process and PIN
entry
• Check whether the mobile device is also connected to the same net-
work
• Update the list once again
• Check the router settings
• Unplug and plug the Ethernet cable on the 7KN Powercenter 1000 and
perform search again
• Checking of the power supply of the device
• Pairing is running in the background, even if the timeout is displayed
after 60 seconds
• If wait times are too long, decouple devices, reset the devices via a long
button press ≥10 s and perform pairing again
