6.4 The connection of input cable

（1）Digital interface connection
■ This product is equipped with standard RS485 digital interface, used to connect to external equipment, suitable
for use in automated welding production occasions.
Connection
 Digital interface wiring connection
 In order to prevent external interference
from entering the signal line and affecting
the communication process, please keep
away from welding torches and output
cables when wiring.
 The wiring length should be within 10m.
 Digital interface description
 The RS485 9-pin terminal used for
communication between the special plane
and this product, in which port 1 is T+/R+,
3 is T-/R-, and 5 is the power ground.
Digital interface enabled
 When using RS485 to connect an external
special machine, you need to use the PC
serial cable to connect to the RS232
configuration interface of this product, and
run the company's special configuration
software IOT_CONFIG on the PC to
initialize the parameters of the RS485
digital interface. For the configuration
method, see 4.7. chapter.
