Please note:
To replace the transmission,
belt section BS 2/CH-HQ2,
BS 4/C-HQ4 for the
transverse conveyor of the
lift unit must be removed.
Required tools
• Hex socket wrench, size 3
• Hex socket wrench, size 4
• Hex wrench, size 8
• Hex wrench, size 10
• Hex wrench, size 13
Preliminary steps
Allow the belt section to
run briefl y and position
the fl at-top plate with hole
(A, chain coupling position)
on the drive sprocket.

Now deenergize and
depressurize the system,
and secure it against
being reactivated.
1. Remove the motor.
