Aufl agebolzen (9) tauschen
1. Vier Aufl agebolzen (9) im Schieber
ggf. mit Vorrichtung aus den Bohrun-

gen ziehen (Presspassung)
2. Neue Aufl agebolzen einpressen.

Kugelhülse (10) tauschen
1. Dichtring (11) nach oben wegneh-
men
2. Sprengring (12) mit Sprengringzange
entfernen.
3. Kugelhülsen von unten aus der Boh-
rung drücken.
4. Neue Kugelbüchsen von oben
einpressen und mit Wälzlagerfett
Fig. 21 einfetten.
5. Sprengring einsetzen
6. Dichtring von oben einlegen.
Drosselrückschlagventil (13)
tauschen
1. Defektes Drosselrückschlagventil
1
(13) mit Schraubenschlüssel SW 17
herausschrauben.
2. Neues Drosselrückschlagventil ein-
schrauben.

Nach der Instandsetzung
1. PE 2/XP in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
zusammenbauen.
2. Alle gleitenden Teile mit
„gleitmo 585 K" einfetten.
3. PE 2/XP auf wieder auf Tischplatte
schrauben.
4. PE 2/XP wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
(siehe Kapitel Inbetriebnahme.)

Replacing the location pins (9)
1. Pull the four location pins (9) in the
spool out of the drill holes, with a
device if necessary (press fi t)
2. Press in new location pins.
Replacing the ball case (10)
1. Remove seal rings (11) upward
2. Remove spring ring (12) with a
spring ring pliers.
3. Press ball cases out of the drill hole
from below.
4. Press in new ball cases from above
and grease with roller bearing grea-
se.
5. Insert spring ring
6. Insert seal rings from above.
Replacing the throttling non-return
valve (13)
1. Screw out faulty throttling non-return
valve (13) with monkey wrench
SW 17.
2. Screw in new throttling non-return
valve.

After repairs
1. Reassemble PE 2/XP in reverse
order.
2. Grease all sliding parts with "gleit-
mo 585 K".
3. Screw PE 2/XP back onto table top.
4. Start PE 2/XP up again. (see Initial
Operation section.)
