1-2. Acquiring the Logs
Acquiring the log file
When the procedure to save the logs is performed, the log file is saved in the /home/setup/log folder of
the gateway PC. The other PC can acquire this log file using FTP.
(example : Acquiring the log file from a Windows PC)
1. Start up the MS-DOS prompt (or command prompt).
2. Enter [ftp 192.168.0.1]. (Enter the IP address of the gateway PC in the underlined characters.)

3. When your PC is connected to other PC with ftp and the user name entry prompt is returned, enter
user: [setup] and password: [setup].

User (192.168.0.1:(none)) : setup"
331 Password required for setup.
Password : setup"
230 User setup logged in, access restrictions apply.

4. Enter [cd log] to move to the /log directory.
ftp> cd\log"
250 CWD command successful.

5. Enter [ls] and confirm the log file as shown below.
ftp> ls"
200 PORT command successful.

6. Enter [bin] to select the binary mode.
