For Check Failure (C11)
Recheck after changing the portion on the tape.
If no check failure occurs again, a trouble is considered to
exist on the tape portion used in the previously check.
Cassette tape check
Check failure occurs if using the tape recorded in other-
wise than Betacam SX format or the non-recorded tape.
Moreover, check failure will also occur on the tape record-
ed in the failed Betacam SX VTR. Confirm that the tape
can be correctly played back in the other normal operating
Betacam SX VTR.
If no trouble is found on the used tape
The possible cause below are considered.
. Heads clogging
8 Perform steps (1) to (9) of "For Condition NG
(C11)" on next page.
. Servo system adjustment defect or circuit defect
8 Readjust the servo system. (A0 : SERVO ADJUST)
8 Check the servo system. (C03 : REEL/CAPSTAN
MOTOR & FG CHECK)
. Brush/slip ring assembly defect or its part installation/
connection defect
8 Replace or reinstall the brush/slip ring assembly.
(Refer to the maintenance manual part 2, volume-1.)
. Harness (between EQ-56 board and drum assembly)
connection defect
. RF system adjustment defect
8 Readjust the RF system. (A1 : RF ADJUST)
. EQ-56 board defect
. Drum assembly defect
