4.7 Chemical resistance of the transponders
4.7.4 Polyamide 6.6 GF (PA 6.6 GF)
The following table provides an overview of the chemical resistance of the plastic cap of the
transponder made of PA 6.6 GF. Different values may apply to the stainless steel bolt head.
It must be emphasized that the plastic housing is extremely resistant to chemicals in
automobiles (e.g.: oil, grease, diesel fuel, gasoline, ...) which are not listed separately.
