Procedure

1. When an option module OM 2.1 or OM 2.2 is installed:
Connect the option module to the analog interface
PCB) using the existing 26-pin ribbon cable.
2. Connect the processing unit (PU) to the CAN interface on the AM PCB
12-pin ribbon cable.
3. Make sure that power is provided to the analyzer module from the power supply
power cable.
4. Install the enclosure cover.
Tighten the cap nuts with a torque of 2.5 Nm.
5. Connect the gas connections, → CALOMAT 7 (Page 97).
6. Check the sample gas path for leaks, → Checking the sample gas path for leaks
(Page 114).
