Definition is via an array [1 to 216] with one element of type "Bool".
Each bit is assigned to one channel. The size of the array depends on the maximum
configuration possible for the HCS (number of POMs, number of channels per POM).
Note
For the POM4320 Highend, if a channel with suppressed error message should report all
errors again, then you need to switch the heating off and on again after writing the
DS152 data set.
