value pair for scaling of the PID output value (PidOut-
putSum) to the pulse-width modulated output value for
heating (OutputHeat_PWM).
The OutputHeat_PWM value is always located between
Heat.PwmUpperScaling and Heat.PWMLowerScaling.
Heat.PwmUpperScaling is only effective if Out-
putHeat_PWM is selected as output for heating
(Heat.Select = 1)
