The detergent case
It is dirty with detergent or softener remaining.
If hardened detergent is left behind in the detergent tray, it may come off when water is added to the detergent tray, may clog up the internal parts of the machine, and
may result in leaks or water being left in the detergent input port or softener input port.
If detergent or softener is left behind or if it is dirty, wash it wish water.
Remove the detergent case
Pull the detergent case towards you.
Press the left side of the detergent case, while pulling it towards you again.
Please note the water residue in the detergent case may drip.
Clean the detergent case and the cap.
In case of any heavy dirt, soak it in hot water at about 40°C for about 5 min and then clean it with a tooth brush.
Pour hot water at about 40°C in the detergent case if it is frozen.
Remove the cap
Wipe off the water and fix it to the original position.
Make sure the cap is properly installed.

Remove the detergent case
Wipe the periphery of the detergent case with wet
cloth
Reinstall the detergent case to its original position
