Neighbours 1 - 3 are affected by multiband reporting parameter
(see FTD 7). There will be 0 - 3 neighbours from the other band first
and the remaining places will be filled with neighbours from this
band in order of RX level.
Carrier number in decimals
The DCH/CH-carrier number (bbb) can also be shown
in format Ebb, for example E22 = channel 1022.
C1 value, range is -99 - 999, displayed only in idle
mode.
Instead of the C1 value, the letter 'B' and the BSIC
value will be displayed in active mode
RX level in dBm, - sign is not shown if ccc<=-100
C2 value, range is -99 - 999
F is shown if cell is in a forbidden location area,
otherwise the location is empty.
B is barred, N is normal priority, and L is low priority,
otherwise the location is empty.
