5.1 Preparation
Initial checks inside the instrument start automatically. When the checks are com-
pleted, the measurement head will move and stop at the right eye side (initial posi-
tion).
Measurement screen will appear

Check the settings

Check and change the settings concerning measurement and printing as required
(see sections 4.2, 7.1 and 7.2).
If you want to print a message with the result, enter it (see section 7.3).
Explain about the measurement to the examinee

Explain about the measurement to the examinee so he/she will not be surprised by
a sudden air puff.
By pressing
strate the strength of air puff to the examinee, even without examinee's eye dis-
played.
Select the eye to be measured

Press
the eye to be measured.
The display of the side of the eye will be displayed in reversed image.
