data that the c amera

recognise,
or i fitcontains
images
captured
with adifferent
camera.
•Turn off the c amera
power
whenever
the m emory
card is being inserted
or
removed.
•Repeated
use of t he m emory
card will eventually
reduce
the m emory
card's
performance.
Should
this be the c ase,
you will need
to purchase
anew m emory
card. Wear
and tear on the m emory
card is not covered
by the S amsung
warranty.
oThe memory
card is an electronic
precision
device.
Do n ot bend,
drop or s ubject
itto any heavy
impact.
•Do n ot store the m emory
card near with strong
electronic
or m agnetic
fields,
e.g.
near loud speakers
or T V receivers.
•Please
do not use or s tore in extreme
temperatures.
•Do n ot allow the m emory
card to become
dirty or t o come
into contact
with any
liquid.
Should
this happen,
carefully
clean
the m emory
card with asoft cloth.
•Please
keep the m emory
card inits c ase when
not in use.
•During
and after periods
of e xtended
use, you may notice
that the m emory
card
is warm.
This is perfectly
normal.
•Do n ot use amemory
card that is used in another
digital
camera.
To u se the
memory
card in this camera,
format
the m emory
card by using
this camera.
•Do n ot use amemory
card formatted
by another
digital
camera
or m emory
card
reader.
• If t he m emory
card is subjected
to any of t he f ollowing,
the r ecorded
data may
become
corrupted
:
- When the memory card is used incorrectly.
- If the power is switched off or the memory card is removed while recording,
deleting (formatting)or reading.
• Samsung cannot be held responsible for lost data.
• It is advisable to copy important data onto other media as back-up e.g. floppy
disks, hard disks, etc. as soon as possible.
• If there is insufficient memory available
:A [CARD FULL!] message will appear and the camera will not operate.
To optimise the amount of memory available replacethe memory card or
delete unnecessary images stored on the memory.
