AUX menu

This menu is only available if the optional interface has been
installed.
Buffer Size
Determines the amount of memory used for receiving and
printing data received through the optional interface. If set to
Maximum , more memory is allocated to receiving data. If set to
Minimum , more memory is allocated to printing data. The factory
default setting is Normal .

LJ4 menu

This menu allows you to make various parameter settings while
the printer is in LJ4 emulation mode.
Font Source
Chooses the source of the fonts used for printing: either the fonts
which are pre-installed in the printer, the fonts which are in the
memory, or fonts which are downloaded from the computer to
the printer.
Font Number
Chooses the number of the font used in the print job. The number
of the font can be determined from the font sample sheet.
Pitch
Chooses the pitch (the horizontal spacing) of the font used in the
print job, if the font is scalable and is fixed-pitch. The font pitch is
expressed in cpi (characters per inch).
