Formatting the Card
If the card is new or was previously formatted by another camera or
personal computer, format the card with the camera.
Formatting the card wHJ erase everything in the card. Even
protected images will be erased, so make sure there is
nothing you need to keep. If necessary, transfer the images to
a personal computer before formatting the card.
_ Select [Format].
® Under the [t? °] tab, select [Format],
then press <_>.
_ ormat the card.
® Select [OK], then press <_>.
_ The card will be formatted.
_y,, W hen the formatting is completed,
the menu will reappear.
® For Iowqevel formatting, press the
<_ > button, checkmark [Low JeveJ
format] with <_/>, then select [OK].
