For Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0 Update 3 Installation, the following device

Installation Tips
Since Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0 Update3 cannot recognize the

MegaRAID SAS 8300XLP, you need to make a driver diskette from the
EasyBUILD 7.1 build 200 (or later) first before the installation.
Type linux dd when the prompt boot: appears at the start.

Please select the fd0 as the Driver Disk Source.

Follow the instruction to load the MegaRAID SAS 8300XLP driver from the

driver diskette.
At the Package Installation Defaults, select Customize software packages
