8. Slide the Multi-purpose tray side guide in to
the left so it presses lightly against the edge of
the paper stack.
9. Make sure the paper stack is under the side
guide tab.
Loading Envelopes into the
Multi-purpose Tray
1. Open the front cover.
The Multi-purpose tray drops down when
you open the front cover.
Using the Multi-purpose Tray
2. Pull on the Multi-purpose tray tab to fully
extend the Multi-purpose tray.
3. Select a stack of the envelopes you want to
feed through the tray.
Make sure you do not exceed the 10 envelope
capacity of the tray.
4. Fan the stack before loading it into the tray.
