Starting exercises

Tap Health on the Apps screen.

Tap Exercise.
You can start exercising directly from the Multi-workouts tile after adding
workouts to it.

Swipe upwards or downwards on the screen to select an exercise type you want.
When there is no exercise type you want, tap Add, and then select an exercise type
you want.
The exercise will begin. For certain exercise types, tap Start to initiate the exercise.
