Note:
SLOW FREE RUN adjustment should be
completed before this adjustment.
1. Record the colour bar signal a few minute in the
3H and 6H tape speed mode.
2. Set the tracking to fix position that press the
tracking buttons (+)/(-) simultaneously.
3. Place the unit in SLOW mode at 3H recorded
portion.
4. Adjust VR2005(REV) and VR2006(FWD) until
noise bar disappear on the monitor screen.
5. Place the unit in SLOW mode at 6H recorded
portion.
6. Adjust VR2003(REV) and VR2004(FWD) until
noise bar disappear on the monitor screen.

14. Set the V LOCK volume VR6901(3H) and
VR6902(6H) to center position on the rear jack
panel.
2. Record the colour bar signal a few minute in the
3H and 6H tape speed mode.
3. Place the unit in STILL mode at 3H recorded
portion.
4. Adjust VR2008 so that the V-dancing does not
appear on monitor screen.
5. Place the unit in STILL mode at 6H recorded
portion.
6. Adjust VR2007 so that the V-dancing does not
appear on monitor screen.

2. Connect the oscilloscope to TP3005.
4. Adjust VR3201 so that video level becomes 2.0 +
