The gear phase alignment is perform in the
cassette down position and is crucial for the K
Mechanism to operate correctly.
(t) Top View of Gear Phase Alignment Marks.
There are alignment marks on the Pinch Cam
Gear and Sub Cam Gear. There is one alignment
mark on the carriage connection gear.
(2) Bottom View of Gear Phase Alignment Marks.
There are alignment marks on Vake-up Loading
Gear and Supply Loading Gear.
There is an additional mark on the Take-up
Loading Gear that aligns with the mark on the
main lever. There are alignment marks on the
Main Cam Gear and the Sub Cam Gear. The mode
switch gear mark aligns with a notch in the
mode switch frame.
