Creating Custom Media Settings

You can use the printer control panel or Epson Media Installer to create and store up to 16 custom media
settings for printing on paper types that are not already in your product's control panel and printer driver
by default.
Note: Once you create and register a custom media setting, the registered setting can only be edited
from the source it was created with. For example, you cannot use the control panel to edit a Custom
Paper Setting that was created using Epson Media Installer.

You can create custom paper settings from the printer control panel.
Note: If you are using non-Epson paper or media, consult the paper manufacturer for suggested
reference papers and print settings for use with the paper or media.
1. Load the type of paper that you want to configure in the printer.

Note: To modify an existing custom paper setting, select it from the list. You cannot change a
custom paper setting that was registered using Epson Media Installer.
4. Enter the name for the custom paper setting.
