THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
a)The validity period of this warranty has expired.
b)The product shows signs of damage due to misuse that is not following the instructions contained in the User Manual.
c)The product shows signs of damage caused by voltage fluctuations.
d)There is evidence that the internal pieces or software of the equipment have been tampered by any personnel or service centers not
authorized by Huawei, or they have been modified without Huawei's authorization.
e)The product has been used under abnormal conditions.
f)The product, including the accessories and the battery, shows signs of being exposed to liquid, humidity or high temperature.
g)The product has been used with pieces, accessories, batteries and/or charger that are not provided by Huawei for this model.
h)The product is used in networks other than those for which the product was originally manufactured.
i)Some product pieces or accessories have been used in a product other than the one stated in this warranty card.
j)The product does not bear the original label including a valid serial number.
k)The serial number/IMEI/MEID has been altered, removed or deleted.
WARRANTY DURATION
According to the law, the Warranty validity period will be twelve (12) months for the product host and six (6) months for the battery
(removable), headphones and other accessories(exclude protection case and screen protection), from the date of purchase of the product
("Warranty Period"). This Warranty period is applicable to all countries in Latin America. The following special policies apply according to
the provisions set forth in the laws of each country.
(1)In Bolivia the warranty period for the battery, the charger and other accessories (exclude protection case and screen protection) shall
be 12 months from the date of purchase according to the local laws in force. To check whether your product belongs to an authorized

(2)In Colombia the warranty period for the battery, the charger and other accessories (exclude protection case and screen protection) shall
be 12 months from the date of purchase according to local laws in force. The product you acquired is homologated. To download the
homologation certificate please visit the following link:http://www.siust.gov.co/siic/publico/certificado-homologacion. Resolution 3947 of
2012. Commission for the Regulation of Communications.
(3)Due to the product design some products may have no battery charger or other accessories.
This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased.
