1.In addition, during the term of this Consumer Product Warranty, Huawei will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective Products or
parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
2.Replacement Products or parts will be of the same or better specification and performance than the Product or parts they replace but
may be refurbished and not new.
3.Replaced or repaired Product/s and part/s have a warranty period of 90 days or until the expiry of this Manufacturer's Warranty,
whichever is sooner, Huawei strongly recommends that you back-up your Product's data onto an external device before the Product is
provided for repair / replacement.
If on delivery of the Product to the Huawei Customer Service Centre it is found that there is no failure of the Product or that the failure is not
covered by this Consumer Product Warranty Huawei reserves the right to charge you the reasonable costs it has incurred.
How do I make a claim (for Products purchased in New Zealand)?
Step 1: Locate your original proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or tax invoice)

Step 3: Arrange the return of the Product in accordance to instructions provided by Huawei Customer Services including any data back-
ups if applicable.
Do not deliver your Huawei product without prior confirmation from Huawei Customer Services. If your Product needs to be delivered to
the Huawei Customer Service Centre you may be responsible for arranging and paying for that delivery and will be liable for the Product
whilst it is in transit.
