9.2.2 50 % Flow Rate Calibration

Using the converter's internal calibration circuit, 50% flow rate calibration can be performed. For
calibration procedure, see the calibration procedure for 0% flow rate. (For 50% flow rate calibration,
select "CAL 50" from the setting menu.)

9.2.3 100 % Flow Rate Calibration (Span Calibration)

Using the converter's internal calibration circuit, 100% flow rate calibration can be performed. For
calibration procedure, see the calibration procedure for 0% flow rate. (For 100% flow rate calibration,
select "CAL 100%" from the setting menu.)

9.2.4 Checking the Excitation Current

You can monitor the exciting current value.
